Our Mission…

At Prism Academy, our mission is to create a sanctuary for transformation where individuals move from fragmentation into wholeness. We walk beside people as they stabilize, explore, and expand—guiding them through a journey rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science.

By integrating evidence-based tools with compassionate presence and personalized care, we empower individuals from all walks of life to reconnect with their inner wisdom and live more resilient, fulfilling lives.

Like light through a prism, we believe that every challenge can reveal greater brilliance when held with safety, presence, and care.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and thrive through holistic education, accessible coaching, and community support.

  • Founder/ President

I help people navigate their hardest chapters and turn pain into purpose. As a veteran, coach, and guide, I draw on training in psychology, yoga, and addiction recovery work to hold space for healing that is both deeply personal and community-supported.

For the past five years, I have worked as a life and transformational coach on a donation-based model, guided by the belief that everyone deserves access to holistic support. I am trained in a compassionate addiction recovery approach, hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, and founded Oasis Yoga Studio in Kuna, Idaho. My academic foundation is a BA in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University, with a focus on somatic interventions and a minor in psychedelic studies.

My own journey—through military service, shadow work, and deep spiritual exploration—has taught me that authentic healing requires both courage and community. I bring a non-judgmental, spiritually grounded approach to every coaching container, weaving together somatic awareness, contemplative practice, and compassionate guidance.

I believe our destiny reveals itself step by step as we walk toward compassion and authenticity. It is my calling to support others along that path—especially during their difficult life chapters. Healing begins within, but it is sustained by the power of community.

You are not alone. We are here for you.

  • Founder/ Vice-President

For over a decade I have been devoted to serving humanity by offering guidance toward greater self-love, self-realization, and actualization through the practice of holistic modalities. As a Holistic Health Counselor, I work with individuals to promote health on a physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual level. I also hold group coaching containers, workshops, and retreats internationally.

I have a Master’s Degree in Public Health, specialized in Health Behavior and Health Promotion and worked as a clinical researcher focused on lifestyle interventions.

My work is dedicated to helping others move beyond suffering in both body and mind. Through a variety of modalities, I support the release of physical, emotional, and energetic blocks, foster harmony and vitality, and offer practical tools for personal empowerment. The journey to well-being begins within, but lasting transformation is nurtured through the support of community.

My own struggle with depression, anxiety, and an exasperation with ineffective pharmaceutical approaches motivated my exploration into alternative modalities, and continues to fuel my desire to provide greater accessibility to those in need.

  • Founder/Secretary

I’m passionate about every single person on this planet having the tools they need in order to harness the innate power that lies within. We must find ways, as a collective, to break down barriers standing in between us and our birthright: full embodiment and the pursuit of happiness

I specialize in fitness and nutrition, supporting others in becoming more active participants in their own physical experience. By taking full responsibility for how we feel in our bodies, which directly correlates to mental health, we get to experience what I like to call full spectrum living.

Let me also recognize how imperfect and messy the journey of becoming actually is, the way it can be so brutal without support. I believe that our realities come into alignment as we seek further alignment without ourselves.I believe there are holistic ways to physically and emotionally transmute pain, because energy cannot be created nor destroyed; only transformed. And I believe in community, because trial and tribulation was never meant to be experienced alone.
