The Foundations curriculum provides an evidence-based, step-by-step path to help participants cultivate sustainable wellbeing and resilience.

Begin building stability, self-awareness, and learn the foundational tools of holistic health. Receive education, personalized coaching, embodied practices, peer mentorship, and supportive community.

Foundations includes:

  • 16 weekly virtual 90-minute group calls

  • Personalized coach matching

  • 8 private 1:1 coaching calls with your coach

  • Mentor pods for further support

  • Nutrition and exercise advice 

  • Access to the curriculum workbook, resource library, and exercises, including guided meditations, breathwork, and holistic tools.

  • Recorded calls, private community chat

  • Eligibility to continue on to become a Prism Mentor and support future Foundations cohorts

  • Valued at $4,300 (full and partial scholarships, as well as payment plans are available upon request)

Regulation Techniques: Participants gain practical tools (breathwork, yoga, grounding, and meditation) to recognize stress triggers and stay within their "window of tolerance".

Body-Based Care: Knowledge of basic physical health, circadian rhythms, supporting natural detoxification, and caring for the body as a stable base for mental/spiritual growth.

Emotional Processing: Techniques to observe, feel, and express primary and secondary emotions without immediate reactivity or judgment.

Creative Outlets for Healing: Experience using art, movement, writing, and imagination as therapeutic tools to process suppressed emotions and subconscious material.

Personal Power & Core Alignment

Transformation of Limiting Beliefs: Ability to identify "conditioned parts" or inner critics (using Internal Family Systems framework) and reframe negative self-talk.

Self-Trust & Agency: Experience in making decisions aligned with personal core values, strengthening confidence, willpower, and personal integrity.

Authentic Expression & Communication Skills

Nonviolent Communication (NVC): Structured framework to communicate needs and feelings through Observation, Feeling, Need, and Request.

Voice Activation: Experience using sound, chanting, humming, and vocal toning to break through patterns of silence or over-expression and speak their truth authentically.

Emotional Agility & Creativity as a Tool for Healing

Heart-Centered Connection & Relational Healing

Self-Compassion & Grief Processing: Practical tools (like Loving-Kindness meditation, mirror work, and self-compassion breaks) to meet suffering with kindness and process loss or change cyclically.

Attachment Awareness: An understanding of their own relational patterns and attachment styles, learning how to cultivate secure attachment within themselves and practice co-regulation in relationships.

Wholeness, Purpose & Long-Term Integration

Personalized Holistic Wellness Plan: A customized long-term plan combining the wisdom of the curriculum to sustain transformation post-program.

Embodiment of True Self Qualities: Operating consistently with the core qualities of the True Self: Calm, Curiosity, Compassion, Clarity, Courage, Creativity, Connectedness, and Confidence.

Post-Traumatic Growth & Purpose: Frameworks to translate past challenges into purpose, service, and values-based living.

Participation Commitments

The Foundations Cohort is a 4-month immersive journey that requires dedication, presence, and consistency. Your participation not only impacts your own growth but also contributes to the growth of your peers.

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Commit to the full program: Attend weekly 90-minute cohort calls, engage in your pod check-ins, and complete assigned reflections or exercises.

  • Show up for yourself: Approach the curriculum with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to engage in personal transformation.

  • Show up for your peers: Your presence and participation directly impact the experience of others. By sharing, listening, and engaging, you help create the supportive community that makes Prism unique.

  • Honor the group container: Practice confidentiality, respect, and compassion in all interactions.

  • Contribute to program improvement: Complete requested surveys and share honest feedback to help us strengthen future cohorts.
